The Model DNST 501 Pail Densester provides an conomical solution to the labor intensive task of separating pails. Stacks containing 15 to 20 pails are loaded onto the infeed conveyor and the rest is automatic. The stacks are indexed into a silo mechanism where they are elevated and the bottom pail is removed and placed directly onto the filler's infeed conveyor (not shown). The design is available for either right hand or left hand layout arrangements and occupies less than 20 square feet of floor space. Denesters are available for a wide variety of pail sizes and styles (round, square or rectangular) with speeds up to 20 PPM.
