Ratioflo®
Volumetric Pumps (RVP's) and Modules (RVM's) provide a very simple
approach to Continuous Blending which eliminates tanks, batch
mixers and the production headaches of preparing product formulations
in advance. These systems can meter small flow rates for colorants,
perfumes, vitamins, additives, etc. as well as the primary components.
A static mixer is generally employed and the finished product
may be delivered directly to the filler's manifold. Neither the
components nor the products are ever exposed to the air or the
environment. The Model CB 6402 (pictured here) can provide production
rates up 65 GPM.
