The Ratioflo® Model RVP2250-16 Benchtop Filler utilizes a proprietary filling concept that employs a double acting piston and a four-way control valve that delivers an equal volume of product in both stroke directions - filling in either a single stroke (2 to 16 ounces), or multi-stroke operation. The pump is normally driven with an adjustable stroke air cylinder and controls include a stroke count selector that will permit filling virtually any container size. A variety of fill nozzles and mountings are available, and control options include electrical (standard) or all pneumatic circuits as may be required for explosion applications. To initiate the fill cycle a choice of controls include panel pushbutton, foot switch (or pedal) or automatic operation (when the container is correctly positioned).

Ratioflo® Volumetric Pumps (RVP's) are available in four (4) different bore sizes, the largest being 4" with a 1 gallon per stroke displacement. All RVP's are self priming and product may be supplied from any elevation - no need for supply hoppers. The pumps are provided with very large flow passages to permit the handling of particulates as well as very viscous products and the pump head is completely removable for easy cleanup.
